1550 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
This document contains the terms and conditions for using Platform 1550. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before registering or making any transactions.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of Platform 1550, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein, along with the Privacy Policy and any related policies issued by the platform from time to time.
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform. By using Platform 1550, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use Platform 1550 and must cease access immediately. Continued use after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Information Accuracy
Each user is allowed only one active account on Platform 1550. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed. You are responsible for ensuring all registration information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension until verification is completed.
Password Security & Account Access
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activities under your account are your responsibility, whether conducted by you or by others who gain access through your negligence.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 1550 customer support immediately. The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use prior to notification.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of Platform 1550 must comply with all rules and interact honestly and ethically. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using software or automated methods (bots, scripts, or third-party tools) to access, copy, or manipulate any part of the platform without written permission.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or acts aiming to gain unlawful benefits from the platform or other users.
- Sharing or transferring your account to third parties, or allowing others to use your account for any reason.
- Exploiting any technical flaws, system errors, or inconsistencies in games or payment processes to gain an unfair advantage.
- Posting content that is illegal, disruptive, or harmful to other users through any communication channels on the platform.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate actions such as account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal proceedings if necessary.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
Payment Methods & Currency
All transactions on Platform 1550 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, local bank transfers, and other digital wallets listed on the platform. Active payment methods may change from time to time and will be updated in user accounts.
Minimum deposit is RM 20 or the amount specified during deposit. Maximum limits depend on the payment method chosen and your account verification level.
Withdrawal Process & Verification
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the method and account verification status. Full identity verification is required before the first withdrawal can be approved. The platform reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if suspicious activities are detected or if bonus rollover requirements are unmet.
Withdrawals will only be made to the same method or account used for deposits, except in special cases requiring additional review. Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the user’s responsibility.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limitations
Platform 1550 is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 1550’s total liability to users will not exceed the deposits made within 30 days before any claim arises.
The platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, business interruption, or financial losses from betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on Platform 1550 including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software is owned by 1550 or its licensors and protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services provided for user convenience only. 1550 does not endorse the content of third-party sites nor is responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Users access third-party sites at their own risk.
Account Closure Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Platform 1550 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time, with or without notice, if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any action detrimental to the platform or other users. In the case of a valid account closure, any eligible remaining funds will be returned to the user after review.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 7 business days and any eligible balance will be returned following standard procedures.
Terms Amendments
1550 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take immediate effect upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Significant updates will be notified via email or account alerts.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to Platform 1550 use should first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal proceedings.
